Before you can take your business to the next level, we need to figure out where exactly your marketing and online strategy stands today. The first step is in the process is to sign up for your FREE Marketing Assessment and Consultation conducted by a JumpStart E-marketing expert.
Once you sign up and schedule your assessment and consultation, you will receive a Marketing Questionnaire that you must complete and fax back to us at 1-866-553-8196. The questionnaire will help us understand the current status of your marketing and web development. The questionnaire takes about 30-60 minutes to complete and will help us make your 30 minute phone consultation very productive.
On the date and time you specified, a JumpStart Marketing Expert will contact you to conduct your 30 minute consultation. By then, you should have faxed back your completed Marketing Questionnaire and read the JumpStart Marketing Secrets guide. If you have not done so, you may re-schedule your meeting.
By completing the questionnaire and guide, we help ensure that your 30 minute consultation is truly productive and useful for you. We will discuss with you the results of our Assessment of your marketing (and web site, if you have one) and share with you a list of marketing and E-marketing objectives you should pursue to grow your business. If you're ready, we will recommend producing your web site, launching an E-mail campaign and implementing a search engine strategy.
Our goal with JumpStart is to keep your costs as low as possible. In order to achieve that objective, we don't build your site from scratch. We actually start with a number of "themes" which we modify to fit your corporate style and colors, your logo, your graphics or photographs. Our themes are just a starting point, the end result will be a site that uniquely yours.
Now it's time for you to send us the materials for us to place on the web site. This includes a description of your corporate colors, your logo, graphics and photographs you want to use on the site, the title of each of your web pages, and the text for each of your pages. Once we receive that we'll have everything we need to produce your site. According to the specifications you submit (# of pages, etc.), we will invoice you for the project.
Before we can get started, we will need you to submit payment for the invoice you received. Payment terms are 100% due upon receipt for orders of $1,000 or less. If the invoice exceeds $1,000, 50% will be due upon receipt and 50% upon completion of the project. Once we have received payment, our team will begin building your site.
Our team will work hard to build your web site in no more than 7 business days.
We will submit the site to you for review. If we made any errors, bugs or left anything out, you will have the opportunity to submit a list of corrections or small modifications that you want made. We will make the modifications and publish your site to the Web, as per your hosting company's instructions
Launching means the site is ready for the world. We upload all pages to your hosting server and register your site with some FREE search engines, most notably Google.
Once we build your site, we don't forget about you. We immediately schedule a monthly 30 minute coaching session (for 3 months) when we can discuss the progress you've made in your business, plus obstacles, set backs or any concerns you may have. We will listen carefully and suggest ways that you can meet challenges and generate even greater results.
