Coaching Services

Marketing Assessments -- FREE
Through our assessment, you can have a marketing expert evaluate the current status of your marketing efforts, one of the most important aspects of your business. You simply complete our Marketing Questionnaire, which we evaluate before your FREE 30 minute phone consultation. During our call with you, we will share our evaluation results with you. At the end of the 30 minutes you will have a basic action plan for turbo-boosting your marketing efforts.

During our session, we will share our evaluation results with you in detail, and at the end of our 30 minutes together you will have a basic action plan for turbo-boosting your marketing efforts. During the session we will also address your top concern, or the biggest challenge you face in your business and suggest ways that you may tackle that. In some cases, we may be able to refer you to other professionals that can help you in that area.

On-going Marketing Coaching
If you need more time with a marketing expert, you can schedule additional sessions with our knowledgeable team. Maybe you have deep concerns about where your business is headed, problems and challenges you are facing, or anything else that may be on your mind. It helps to have someone who understands and is experienced listen and offer suggestions to help you overcome your difficulties.

Web Hosting and E-mail Account Full Service Set Up
You can set up your hosting and E-mail account yourself via Hostgator's easy-to-use cPanel. However, if you want to save time and spare yourself the technical details and testing required, we can do it for you. We'll make sure your hosting account is activated, set up all your email accounts and send you all the login information.

Web Design Services

JumpStart Web Design Package
Our Basic package includes everything you need to hit the ground running and establish a basic web presence. This is by no means everything your site should have, but its a great way to get started. It includes all of the following:

Additional Web Site Pages
In order to have a good web presence, you need to continue adding pages and great content to your web site. By adding more useful and valuable information to your web site, you will not only serve your customers better, you're also likely to increase your page rank. We've tried to make it easy to add pages to your site. All you have to send us is the text for the new pages and we will do the rest.

We can set up a really beautiful image gallery (up to 25 images) to enhance your site. This may be a really good option for some businesses where a picture is worth a thousand words!

The word blog is short for "web log". Basically, it's a web site that allows you to "post" comments or brief articles for the entire world to see. A Blog is a great way to offer value to your customers and stay in touch with them on a daily basis via an RSS feed.

Paypal E-Commerce
If you sell a few products (about 50 or less) then the best option for you is to integrate your JumpStart web site with Paypal. That way you save lots of money over traditional E-commerce packages. Paypal immediately allows you to start accepting credit cards as payments for your products, or services. And it's FREE to use, although there is $.30 cent + 2.9% charge per transaction. We will set up your Paypal store. All you have to do is open your Paypal account and send us your product pictures and information.

E-mail Marketing Services

As we repeatedly say, it is imperative that you use E-mail as a way to stay in touch with your prospects and existing customers. Develop a permission-based E-mail list, develop an informative newsletter and promotional ads, and send out an E-mail to your subscribers every 2 weeks. Professional E-mail Templates
iContact has all the tools you need to get started, but it's always best to let a professional design a simple, but professional template for your newsletter and your promotional ads. A professional designer can help them look their best so that they make the right impact with your customers. Once you have your templates, you can use them over and over again.

We've partnered with iContact because their system is both feature-laden and easy to use for small business owners. However, the folks at iContact have packed so many features into their software that it may be easier to let us give you a 60 minute tour of all the things it can do. We'll train you over the web so you can get the most out of iContact in just 60 minutes.

E-mail Campaign Management
A lot of our clients prefer to save time by sending us the text for their messages, while letting us take care of all the technical details. We update the templates, test the messages, and send out the E-mail blast. We also monitor your campaign and suggest ways that we can improve results.

Google Analytics Installation
Before you can get more traffic for your web site, you have to measure the traffic that you're getting to establish a baseline to which all SEO results will be compared. The best package for this is the FREE Google Analytics service. You first have to open an a Google account. Once you have that, we will place the Analytics tracking code on all the pages you want to track. All you have to do is get the account. We do the rest. From then on you can login and see very detailed reports about your website's traffic.

Google AdSense Installation
Did you know that if you let google put some discrete ads on your pages, you can get paid each time one of your visitors clicks on that ad? You have to apply for the Google Adsense program and if your web site qualifies, Google will give you some HTML code to on each of your pages. You don't have to worry about it we install it for you. All you have to do is keep track of the money you make.
